Aspects such as human rights, environmental safety, and integrity are incorporated into BRB's day-to-day business. How these aspects are addressed is set out in internal policy documents and forms part of all of BRB's employment contracts. All employees are expected to perform their work in line with these requirements.
These aspects also extend beyond BRB, which is why BRB considers it its responsibility to look further down the supply chain. The organisation would like to express the standards and values it stands for to its business partners and has therefore drawn up a Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct was drawn up in order to ensure that our business partners and their suppliers respect and comply with the minimum standards set out in our Code of Conduct when doing business with BRB. The Code of Conduct addresses matters such as anti-corruption, discrimination, and product safety.
You can find the Code of Conduct in the download section on the right. If you have any questions about the Code of Conduct, please contact our
QESH department.
