An official sample handover ceremony for Emfinity^® CGSA 200B was held at PETRONAS Research Sdn Bhd (PRSB) in Bangi, Malaysia, on the morning of November 12, 2024. The event was officiated by Mrs. Ir. Norhayati Bt Hashim, CEO of PRSB, alongside Mr. Adaham Ishak, Head of the Technology Program at PRSB; Mr. Axel Michael Tuchlenski, General Manager of Technology & Innovation for PETRONAS Chemicals Group’s Specialty Chemicals Division; and Mr. Marc Ladreyt, Vice President of Strategy & Downstream Silicones at BRB International B.V.

Emfinity^® CGSA 200B is the first bio-based emollient developed by Mr. Adaham’s team for PETRONAS Chemicals Group and will be marketed by BRB International B.V.

This product is a 100% naturally derived emollient that offers innovative technology for moisturizing and protecting the skin. It features excellent spreadability, a velvety texture, and a cushioned finish upon application. With its high refractive index, it enhances shine for both hair and skin. Additionally, it is easily incorporated into various types of formulations.
