Certification enables BRB to support customers with responsibly sourced palm-derived solutions backed by independent verification
BRB, a global specialty chemicals company and wholly owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), has achieved RSPO Supply Chain Certification for its production site in Ittervoort, the Netherlands. The certification strengthens BRB’s ability to offer solutions based on RSPO-certified palm-derived raw materials and support customers with their responsible sourcing commitments. It also provides an independently audited framework for handling certified materials within the supply chain.
Responding to growing demand for responsible sourcing
Customers across the chemical industry are increasingly looking for greater transparency around the origin and sourcing of raw materials. Responsible procurement is becoming an important part of sustainability strategies, with companies expected to demonstrate credible practices throughout their value chains.
