BRB is pleased to introduce its upgraded range of standard silicone emulsions for home and car care applications.
All products are SVHC-compliant and incorporate a new preservative system free from isothiazolinones.
The enhanced product line includes:
- BRB Sempure 35 (LC) – a classic, 35% active, non-ionic macroemulsion of medium-viscosity silicone oil.
- BRB Sempure 60 (LC) – a classic, 60% active, non-ionic macroemulsion of medium-viscosity silicone oil.
- BRB Sempure 66 (LC) – a 60% active, non-ionic macroemulsion of low-viscosity silicone oil. It delivers excellent wetting and spreading performance with a reduced-gloss finish.
- BRB Sempure HV 6500 (LC) – a 60% active, non-ionic macroemulsion formulated with both medium- and high-viscosity silicone oils. This unique “2-in-1” material, compared with conventional 60% silicone emulsions, offers strong wetting properties alongside enhanced gloss and durability.
Our standard silicone emulsions provide the following benefits:
- Ease of application – streak & smear resistant
- Improved cleaning - low surface tension, increases surface wetting
- Slip - gives a smooth/lower friction surface
- Depth of gloss/colour – high Refractive Index
- Water repellency – presence of methyl groups promotes water beading
